• Discord server identifiers, channel identifiers, role identifiers, and configuration settings needed for setup and routing.
• Command and interaction data necessary to process claims, cooldowns, stock actions, and admin logs.
• Website access data that may be collected by standard hosting or analytics providers, if used.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only to operate Claimr's core functionality, including server setup, inventory management, generation flow, delivery, cooldown tracking, and administrative logging.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers, such as hosting or platform services, only as needed to run the service.

Data Retention

Configuration and operational data may be retained as long as needed to provide the service or until removed by the operator. Server owners are responsible for the content they upload through the bot.

Security

Reasonable steps may be taken to protect operational data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

If you no longer want a server to use Claimr, remove the bot from the server and delete any stored inventory or configuration you control.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Claimr after updates means you accept the revised policy.
