Server Configuration and Content
Server owners and administrators are responsible for the channels, roles, inventory, and content they configure through Claimr. You are responsible for any materials or account data you upload or distribute through your own server.

Claimr may change, be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Claimr for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bot operation, or other servers using the service.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Developer Policies.
Limitation of Liability
Claimr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Claimr after changes means you accept the updated terms.
